• Once your order has been successfully made, you should receive an email confirmation shortly after. If the email does not appear in your inbox, remember to check your spam mail.
• Your orders will be made & processed typically within 4-6 working days (excluding weekends).

Orders within Malaysia

As at 29th July 2023, our delivery  fees as follows via Citylink Express

Ensure the addressing details provided are both accurate and complete. Packages with incorrect details may delay delivery or at worst, be returned to us.

Resending fees for all returned parcels due to incorrect/incomplete details will be borne by the customer. For any reason a customer refuses to pay for the resending fee, we reserve the right hold back the package.  

Estimated delivery time varies depending on location. Here is an estimated timeline on when you can expect to receive your order. 

Sabah: 1-3 business days 

Sarawak: 3-4 business days

West Malaysia: 4-6 business days

International orders

Singapore orders via SF Express/Janio/J&T Express

Other countries, SF Express will be used to dispatch your order

• Shipping rate is subjected to the weight of the parcel.
• International shipping may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by your local government. ANTING will not borne the additional cost incurred, if any.
• The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
