OUR JEWELS

All our jewellery are crafted with the following high quality materials: 14/18K gold/rose gold/rhodium plated copper, sterling silver, gold vermeil and stainless steel. The materials used vary based on each design. Learn more about the materials in the product description available on the individual product page.

Also important to note that a wide range of our jewellery incorporates natural materials like pearls, semi-precious stones & shells. No two will ever be the same. Slight differences in shape, colour & texture are to be expected — all part of the charm 🙂

We understand how important it is to know your jewellery, the material used & style of our pieces. For your convenience, we have listed the materials in the description section of each product page. If you have any further questions, kindly drop us a message on any of our platforms and we will try our best to assist you ASAP.

Of course! All of our packages that are shipped out are wrapped as a gift. In addition to that, you can add a gift message to accompany your order free of charge. Please add this message to the ‘special instructions’ box at the checkout. Your message will be handwritten on a card & will be included along with your order.

We try to be as mindful as possible with all the materials used to make our jewellery. We ensure that our jewellery are lead and nickel-free. We also have an extensive range of sterling silver crafted pieces, which is known to be hypoallergenic.

However, for those who have extremely sensitive skin or experience skin issues, kindly wear at your own risk.

ANTING is not responsible for any consequences, should there be any.

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewellery, store them separately in a clean & dry space. This helps prevent scratching and helps maintain their initial lustre. Avoid direct contact with scents, lotions & sprays — or even better, always put your jewellery on last before heading out the door. As part of our sustainability practices, we produce our jewellery in small batches to avoid inventory waste. If a product is out of stock, join our waitlist to be notified via email an hour ahead of the crowd as soon as out-of-stock item(s) are made available.

Note that for most season exclusives and/or limited edition collection(s), they will usually not be restocked once sold out.

Ring measurement chart & how to measure your size is available in the individual product page. If you don’t have a measuring tape or string, you can use your earphones or dental floss as an alternative. Important: You should always take the tightest measurement.

Please be sure of your size before selecting. We will not be responsible for any errors on selection of sizes and are strictly non refundable and exchangeble.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping rates within Malaysia are as follows:

West Malaysia: RM 12

Sabah: RM 8

Sarawak: RM 10

Orders above RM 150 — shipping is on us.

Yes, we do! We believe that distance doesn’t matter when you love something so much. All you need to do is enter your full address and shipping will be auto calculated at checkout.

All orders will be processed within the next working day. Fulfilment timelines of orders vary, depending on each product and seasons. For new launches, sale periods & peak season (Valentines, CNY, Eid & Christmas), kindly allow an additional 3 working days on top of the stated timeline. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Ready made pieces: 1-3 working days.

Customised pieces: Anywhere between 3-7 working days. Most of our pieces are crafted by hand, so please be patient while we work our magic!

For shipments within Malaysia, our courier partner is J&T Express. Estimated delivery time differs depending on your location and also season. Here is a typical timeline on when you can expect your parcels. Note, this does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier’s end.

West Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Sarawak: 3-5 working days

Sabah: 1-3 working days

During peak season, there may be slight delays on the courier’s end due to high volume of parcels.


For international orders, your orders will be delivered via DHL Express. Shipment timeline depends on location.

For orders within Malaysia, duties are included in the shipping fee, so you don’t have to worry!

Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that ANTING does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Not to worry, simply contact our courier partner’s customer care hotline at 1300-80-9000 (J&T Express for all Malaysian orders). Do prepare your tracking number in advance as they require it to assist you.

Note that once your package has been dispatched, they are out of our hands. We are not responsible should there be any delays/lost/damage of parcel. It is best if you contact our courier partner directly to solve any shipment matters.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you happened to receive the wrong product than what you ordered, contact us within 5 days from reported delivery and we will be sure to deliver you your correct order. Pictures as proof are required in order for us to process your return request. Return fees will be bared us, only if it an error on our part. We will reimburse max cap. RM 6 and all returned parcels are to be delivered via Flexiprepaid by PosMalaysia (which takes approx 14 days to arrive).

Kindly reach us via email (shop@antingbycamilla.com) or Instagram DM with photo(s) of the defect as proof within 5 working days of reported delivery and we will attend to you accordingly. Note, all photos must be clear. All returned jewellery must be in it’s unworn, unaltered & in it’s original packaging.

Reports lodged after the policy period will not be eligible for return/exchanges. No special circumstances will be entertained, e.g “I only managed to unbox my parcel and check after the 5-day policy ended”. Thank you for your understanding.

We work with mostly natural materials. Hence, slight irregularities in shape, size, colour & texture are to be expected. We have ensured to put a disclaimer on all of the product page(s). Once you proceed to purchase, it is assumed that you have acknowledged this.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted under this circumstance.

Custom rings or engraved pieces: All sales are final. Not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Sale items: All sales are final. Not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Wrong item/defective: Reach us and we will attend to your case as soon as we can.

PAYMENT

We currently offer two modes of payment:

  • Paypal (for international customers)

At the checkout page, they will be a column right below your cart that allows you to enter the coupon code. Enter the relevant coupon code and click “Apply coupon”. Once that’s done, the coupon will be immediately applied to your cart.

Please note: you can only apply one code per purchase unless stated otherwise.
