There a variety of different reasons why a certain design is categorised under As Is category, as stated below:
(1) Extra designs from limited edition collections/sets
(2) Samples that did not make the cut (we do alot of experimenting during the creative process!)
(3) Natural materials (pearls/shells) that have a little bit more “quirk” than what is displayed the product photos
As we use mostly natural materials in our design, no two materials will be exactly the same.
In every batch of materials, there is bound to be some pieces that are very much different than the rest in terms of colour/size/texture/shape. To uphold our quality standards and also customer expectations, we will be categorising all of these pieces under one category. This way, you will know exactly what you’ll be getting!
(4) Slightly imperfect pieces (minor discolouration/scratches etc). Any flaws will be clearly stated in the description.
All items under our as is category are strictly non exchangeable & non refundable.
As most of of the materials used to make your jewellery are natural & genuine, do expect slight differences in shape, size, colour & texture – all part of the charm! Note that no two will ever the same, hence they will not be 100% identical to the product photos. However, we ensure that we handpick all of our materials with utmost care & quality in mind.
Some rings we have only come in one size because they have open ended bands (which can be slightly stretched). As for Tallulah Pearl Ring specifically, it is crafted with a stretchable band and can fit from size US6 to US8.5.
We regret to inform you that all rings that are non refundable and exchangeable. Kindly ensure that you have measured & selected the correct size before purchasing. Once your size has been selected & order has been processed, we are not able to resize or accept size exchanges. For further assistance regarding sizing, reach us via email shop@antingbycamilla.com.
While you certainly can wear your jewellery everyday, but for best care & to prolong the lifespan of your jewellery, it is highly recommended to remove them before shower or working out. Our jewellery are crafted with a variety of high quality gold/rose gold/rhodium plated materials, but direct & constant exposure to harsh chemicals like perfume, cosmetics, soaps, chlorine etc may affect the initial shine & lustre.
Unless it has been explicitly stated that the specific jewels are sweat, swim & shower-friendly, please adhere to the recommendations above. For more info regarding jewellery care, kindly refer to our jewellery care guide.
Order & fulfilment
Of course! All of our packages that are shipped out are wrapped as a gift. We could include a personalised note upon request. Just remember to include your message in comment box made available in the checkout page. Your message will be handwritten on a small note card.
Yes you can. Join our Rewards program by creating an account. Every time you make a purchase you can earn points based on the price of the piece purchased and these points are added to your reward points balance. Use the points to receive discounts on your future purchases.
All orders will be processed within the next working day. Fulfilment timelines of orders vary, depending on each product and seasons. For new launches, sale periods & peak season (Valentines, CNY, Eid & Christmas), kindly allow an additional 3 working days on top of the stated timeline. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Ready made pieces: 3-4 working days.
Customised pieces: Anywhere between 4-7 working days. Most of our pieces are crafted by hand, so please be patient while we work our magic!
